the advanced cookie guard and keeper of the cakes

yea, that's just something i came up with at work. i thought it'd make for a funny title. nothing eventful happened at work today to inspire a post dedicated to ranting about moronic customers. apparently a lady did complain about a cake i did, but i was at lunch, and she was just being bitchy. stephanie said the cake looked just fine, hence the bitchy lady received no discount.

another thing i've been thinking about is a list of rules. just rules in general about life. nothing that one is forced to abide by, just plain fact. so far i've come up with two: 1. there is an exception to every rule (i believe i've justified this rule in a past post) and 2. you will never find something when you're actually looking for it (another way to put that would be that you only find what you want when you're not looking for it). and that is so damn true. especially for big and important things. abstract entities even more so (i.e. you can't find happiness, love, whatever by looking for them, they just show up unannounced when you're least expecting it).

hanna's almost completely moved out now. her room is empty... it's weird... our new roommate sounds very friendly, though, so this is a plus (she called me up the other day).

p.s. the new bed is nice, but very tall...
