yea, well, the title there pretty much sums it up. welcome another riviting edtion of anne talking to herself, and nobody reading that she's talking to about talking about talking about herself.
ok, well, i'm gonna try and come up with something else to talk about. i'm trying not to just talk about stuff i do all day, or stuff i should be doing all day, or how bored i am, because that just can't be exciting whatsoever. what can i say? i'm a boring person.
so hey! first thing that comes to mind to talk about is the cruise we all went on this summer. well, not ALL of us, but most of us. band and choir cruise trip. four days on a cruise ship in the caribbean without parents (for most of us anyway). it was an awesome trip full of all sortsa fun stuff, like the time we found a guy passed out drunk lying on one of the deck chairs. eric sat down in the chair next to him and we took a picture. didn't turn out too well, though, it was nighttime. or the time mark cut his foot on some coral (or something like that) not 30 minutes after we got to cocoa cay and he had to go right back to the ship to get his foot stitched up. and of course, our waiters, terrence and terrence, and how when the waiters were singing emily started cheering and twirling her napkin over her head. or when we adopted a seagull and named him charles. charles could catch macaroni noodles in mid-air. and what was great about that was, we weren't wasting anything by feeding the seagulls, because ALL THE FOOD WAS FREE!!! and there was so much of it! joe dropped his hamburger and he could just go and get another with no complications (other than standing in line again). and damn, i have never seen seagulls attack a hamburger patty before, but they did. oh, yea, good times.
reminiscing all that reminded me of how mrs. janak fell down while getting off the ski lift 3 years ago on the colorado trip. that was pretty funny too, even though i didn't get to see it. school trips are fun, we should go on more. retreat doesn't count though. we should go on less retreats. i hate retreat, though it was funny when joe and nick and i came in late from the woods last year, and everybody was staring at us as we walked in the door.
